Payment Options

TheCEO.Life com accepts all major credit cards and Paypal payments. In the event your credit card is declined, we will inform you via email and ask that you place your order again with a new card. Your credit card will be charged on the day you place your order for goods or services. The charge will appear on your credit card or Paypal statement as The CEO Life/T. Renee.

Payment Plans

Many of our products and programs offer a convenient payment plan option where your investment can be split into multiple payments. After the initial payment, subsequent payments are automatically debited from your account every 30 days until the balance has been paid, unless stated otherwise on the program page. For example, if you make a purchase and choose the payment plan on April 1, your credit card will be charged for the next payment on May 1 and so on.

Refund Policy for Online Courses and Programs

As with any business investment, you should take this step seriously. The CEO Life® Lab courses are available for instant digital download and are therefore 100% non-refundable, so please consider your purchase carefully. We are 100% confident that once you begin any of our courses and complete the CEO Action assignments, you will experience results. But we also know that it’s human nature to avoid hard things. Completing any of our courses will require dedication and hard work, so this is our way of giving you no reason not to get your full money’s worth. You owe it to yourself.

Refund Policy for Individual and Group Coaching Programs

Enrollment in any of the coaching and mentoring programs on The CEO.Life constitutes a non-cancellable agreement. There are no refunds or cancellations and you are legally and financially responsible for the full tuition of the program in which you are enrolled, regardless of whether you actually participate or show up for your coaching sessions. In the event you are unable to fulfill the responsibilities required in your coaching agreement you may receive a credit with The CEO.Life and utilize it towards the purchase of online courses. 

Refund and Return Policy for Physical Products

Physical products sold by TheCEO.Life are nonrefundable, except in the case of damage or defect. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please send an email to hello@treneesmith.com within 5 days of the date you received your item(s) for information on how to return the item for a refund or exchange.

Refund for Monthly Subscription and Mastermind Programs

Refunds for monthly subscription programs will not be offered as it is a monthly program without a contract. You can cancel your monthly subscription program at any time in The CEO Life Portal Customer Center. If you pay for the program in full and aren't able to complete the program you may receive a credit with The CEO.Life and utilize it towards the purchase of online courses.

Refund for Workshops and Live Events 

If you are unable to attend a workshop or live event you may transfer your ticket to another person or you may receive a credit with The CEO.Life to be used towards the purchase of online courses.   

Sales Tax and Shipping

All physical products shipped from TheCEO.Life will be subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected in your order confirmation email. All shipping charges use standard shipping rates for domestic and international shipping. Please check the final pricing on the product checkout page when you make your selection.

Payment and Shipping Confirmation

Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. If you have purchased a physical product, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. If you have any questions about your order status, please contact us at hello@treneesmith.com.

Troubleshooting Digital Downloads

If you do not receive the download following your purchase of a digital course, product or program, it is likely due to one of the following reasons: 1) You entered your email address incorrectly on the online order form or 2) Your confirmation email was sent to your Spam folder. In the event that you cannot download a digital product that you have received, it is probably because you do not have Adobe Reader (free PDF reader viewer) installed on your computer. You can download Adobe Reader for free here: http://get2.adobe.com/reader. For assistance with all other digital download issues, please contact us at hello@treneesmith.com.

Chargebacks and Payment Security

When you provide TheCEO.Life with your credit card information for payment on your account, TheCEO.Life shall be authorized to charge your credit card for any outstanding fees. If you sign up for a payment plan to make monthly payments on any product, program or service, TheCEO.Life shall be authorized to run all charges on or around the time they are due and not require separate authorization in order to do so. You are fully responsible for any fees associated with recouping payment on chargebacks and any fees associated with the payment collection process. Further, you may not change any of the credit card information provided to TheCEOLife without notifying us in advance.
